Description and Composition
Sweet dairy whey is produced by drying cheese whey. The product is non-hygroscopic and free
flowing. Sweet dairy whey consists of milk sugar, whey protein (lactalbumin), milk minerals and a
small amount of fat. This product can be of various color from white to yellowish cream depending
on type of cheese it was taken from. Various granulations are available from fine powders to
course granules.
