Ramsen 50% Creamer is a 50% fat level, dry powder composed of hydrogenated soybean oil,
emulsifiers and corn syrup. This product has a melting point of 102° F. This product can be used in
any product where an emulsified fat and/or a dry form of fat is needed. The dry form of fat is
advantageous when making dry mixes or where having liquid oils for processing in difficult either
