Description and Composition
Ramsen Lacto-Free Buttermilk Blend is a milk-like powder that contains casein and whey proteins and butterfat in the same ratio as sweet cream buttermilk yet has essentially no lactose. The product has all the functionality of sweet cream buttermilk from the protein and butterfat yet contributes no lactose to your products. Lactose content is important to people who are lactose intolerant Replacement of sweet cream buttermilk in formulations is one for one with this lacto-free buttermilk blend.
