Ramsen Buttermilk Blend is a blend of buttermilk, whey protein concentrate and dried sweet whey.
The product has a clean dairy smell and mild flavor. Ramsen Buttermilk Blend is designed
especially for use in ice cream and ice milk, prepared dry mixes, frozen desserts and bakery
products. Ramsen Buttermilk Blend has a high lactose content and butterfat Butterfats contribute
to dough pliability, rise of leavened products, flakiness» airiness of products and enhancing flavor.
